Once the tent is erected in the parking lot, we will need to hang lights. This will require going up and down the ladder as well as being outside.  

We will be setting up all of the event spaces. This will include tables, chairs, decorations, silent auction items, etc.

Work with Michele Pierce to put out the table decorations.

Sit near the gravel lot entrance and only allow volunteers to park in that lot.

Welcome guests and donors and check them into the event and help them get their bidder numbers.

These volunteers will welcome and provide information about what is happening in the classroom.

We will be cleaning up and resetting the warehouse for food distribution on Monday. We are requesting at least 1-2 equipment operators sign up for this shift.
