Front Desk Receptionist

As a volunteer at the front desk you will need to be able to take and make calls to clients, know how to schedule and cancel client appointments, be knowledgeable in resources we have to assist clients. In addition, front desk volunteer should be able to assist client with completing a food sheet, help client fill out a new client application or make changes to current application, be able to provide client with general information about Least of These (i.e. hours of operation, clients we serve, & partner resources).
