Outside Check-in volunteer will greet client, get name, proof of residency, ID. Will discuss any changes with client, assign them a parkin spot, give them next months appointment, new food sheet, and news letter for the month. Inside check-in volunteer will call client name checking in into the inside check-in desk, as well as give client credentials of whether they are receiving government commodities, changes to application, proof of residency. In addition inside check-in volunteer will schedule client for following months appointment.
