There are two options to being a shed check-in volunteer.
Drive-up check-in volunteer (outside shed) will greet the client, ask client's name and communicate information with "Thrive Check-in volunteer inside of shed. In addition this volunteer will ask for any information that may have changed on a client application or for documentation such as (proof of residency, ID). This volunteer will give the client their parking space number, newsletter/ next months food sheet to complete, as well as return their appointment card with their scheduled appointment date for the next month.
Drive-up check-in volunteer (inside shed) will call in on radio to communicate which client is checking-in, provide inside check desk with client information, status, and parking space number. In addition the inside shed volunteer will use thrive software to schedule the clients following month appointment.
