Outside Shed Check In

Description

Drive-up check-in volunteer (outside shed) will greet the client, ask client's name and communicate information with "Thrive Check-in volunteer inside of shed. In addition this volunteer will ask for any information that may have changed on a client application or for documentation such as (proof of residency, ID). This volunteer will give the client their parking space number, newsletter/ next months food sheet to complete, as well as return their appointment card with their scheduled appointment date for the next month.

Inclement Weather Plan: Dress for the weather. Please cover hands, ears and feet. Let the volunteer coordinator know if you need coverage or a break. Hand warmers and feet warmers are available.
